Good and very satisfying service

This is a promo for soft opening in Bintaro. Disappointed at the ease of contact. It's really hard to contact them to make a reservation. Finally have to go straight to the clinic. The facial booths are quiet, clean and comfortable. Ms. receptionist and marketing are friendly. The facials are pretty decent.

Borderline scam! THE OUTLET HAD NOT BEEN OPENED YET. You get a 30-mins "treatment" in a small booth in the middle of a noisy mall with all the people walking around and the curtains cannot be properly closed, so much for "Xperience". No black head extractions and no arms & legs massage, so they offer oxy hair and PDT light instead. Not even worth the price of this voucher. The therapist did the best she could though, but Traveloka should be more selective in selling vouchers.

Because the clinic is not open permanently, for services while in the temporary booth, okay, thank you, Or poor

Ditulisnya facial oxy 60 menit nyatanya cuma 20 menit dan gak facial. Cuma masker n massage. Katanya facial fullnya nanti kalau sudah buka di lantai 3.

Disebutkan treatmentnya 60 menit tp yg didapat tidak sampai 60menit. Seharusnya ditulis detail treatment apa saja yang didapatkan.

Lucu banget sih ini, haha. Beli pake potongan harga, servicenya jg dipotong. Di paket katanya durasi 1 jam, eh pas sampe di tempat pegawainya bilang karena lagi presale, tempat spanya belum ada, dan service pijatnya diskip, total service cuman 30 menit. Jadi ini tuh cuman cubicle kecil di depan pintu masuk, dengan penutup gorden! Gelo lu facial diliatin orang yg belanja. Facialnya jg kaya main-main, cuman dimaskerin sama semprot oxy dikit. Awalnya saya kira dikeluarkan juga komedonya (dipencet-pencet) seperti facial pada umumnya. Tetapi ternyata cuma dibersihkan mukanya, terus dipijat-pijat sebentar, lalu pakai oxigennya di muka. Sampai ke rambut juga boleh. Waktunya sebentar. Mungkin karena lg promo jadi ga semua perawatan lengkap. Katanya karena storenya belum jadi. Jd ga bisa dipencet-pencet komedonya. Tapi menurut saya untuk percobaan seharusnya dikasih pelayanan yg bagus, sehingga bisa memberikan kesan yg bagus pula.

I was buying the 99K voucher for RF treatment but they changed it into oxy facial worth only 49K. The mobile number given for reservation could not be contacted. They did the oxy facial on their booth and it was unpleasant. Overall service is not good. I wonder how’s the other service they have could satisfy... For others, I suggest not to buy any vouchers from here
