Somewhat disappointed with the results of his haircut; even though I have asked for the spy length, don't hang it. The service of the hair washing staff was also not friendly, even his colleagues had time to play pointing. Maybe I'm expecting too much because the price is quite expensive in my opinion and the location is in a prestigious mall.

it was a horrible experience to get my hair done there. first of all, I chose coloring treatment, with existing processed hair condition (I pointed it out ofc) and the colourist seemed to only know the very basic knowledge of hair colouring, not even the whole science behind it. when I asked for an underlayer, the colourist looked a bit confused so I gave him a photo (underlayer is a juicy trend now. come on...) when I bleached my hair, my hair wasn't covered at all, either using foil or haircap... when I asked, it's even said that it's not necessary because this is not a highlight/balayage. Maybe it's thought that the function of the foil strip is only for blocking hair sectioning, even though the developer = hydrogen peroxide = reacts to heat and heat from closed hair = opens the hair cuticle for better penetration, of course it helps speed up the whole process. .. just like when I dyed it, my hair was dyed wet, then it wasn't covered... I asked if I didn't dry it first, instead I said that l*r*al products can be used on wet hair. even though the point is not that, hair dye application on wet hair is possible for certain situations, such as to achieve subtle dimensions but will not "lift" the vibrancy. imagine when the developer is cool down and does not process optimally for pigment absorption because it is not covered, causing the results to be super patchy and not saturated. then it gave me the impression that I gaslighted because of the condition of processed hair and because I chose "that one" color. I've been in and out of hairsalons for years, this is the first time I've really experienced such widespread bleaching & haircolouring. incredibly speechless and I'm sorry, I'm not kidding. considering I've used cool tones a few times like ash grey, ash lavender, dark blue, bluemoon (the color is almost the same as the one I chose at HC GI) with exactly the same hair condition, the result was sooo much better when I got it done in other places. the point is to pay expensive but zonk, better fix it elsewhere.

It was cut by a stylist who I forgot to ask for his name, but he's really sturdy and macho. it's really good, I really like the haircut. My hair, which is short in size, has been transformed into a strong and beautiful appearance. just let it dry and the results are good. then add a vise too really worth it at this price. Next time I will definitely come back again, ask for it to be cut just as strong

the voucher redeem process is fast, the staff is friendly to tell you this. creambath is also really good + got a great massage. When I cut my hair, the hair stylist was shocked because my hair is a bit like Rapunzel's, haha, but the hair stylist's hands are magical, they can make my hair look as good as I want and follow my instructions. thanks hair code
