I really loved the result of my haircut; the style turned out exactly how I wanted. Haircut by Nathan and blow dry by Patrick, both of them did such a great job. The service overall was excellent. Redeeming my app voucher was smooth and easy, the booking system was well-organized, and the staff were very friendly. I also appreciated how they helped with photo and video documentation of the final look, so I could see and keep the result. Highly recommend 🫶🏻

try buying Kerastase instant mask and as usual it's really good for the service, it's just that I read the description when I bought the voucher at Traveloka, it said free shampoo wash but the receptionist said it didn't include dry wash so I had to add 118, if I wash it blow it's 168 thousand. I thought it only added the drying fee but I just followed it

The place is clean and tidy. Easy voucher redemption. The staff there explained at the start that there were different rates for different stylists, and that the prices applied were only for each specific treatment. For example, blow washing is charged separately from hair clippers etc

Actually the overall service and massages are also good... but what I can't finish thinking about is why I bought this package, to dry my hair I have to add 50 thousand? he said, borrow a hairdryer or bring your own but you'll be charged.

I booked early since I flew from out of town and it was going to be the weekend. Everything was pleasant from the booking staff up to my visit. The treatment itself is as amazing as the reviews out there. 100% recommended and will definitely be returning when I'm visiting Jakarta again. (P.S. : Mba Sofi was amazing!)
