First time to Alfons PIM 2. Very disappointing. I chose it at first because the salon was old and I thought all the staff had adequate skills, it was wrong. I cut my hair by showing the model I wanted at the beginning, for 2 hours I waited for the results to still not be seen, until finally I saw the one who cut my hair suddenly shaved the front of my right side until it was "almost bald", after that the one who cut my hair said he was incapacitated for fear of being wrong to return. Finally I was handled by someone else who seemed to be the manager, but until the end, the results were not the same as the example I gave. I really don't recommend it.

Beli paket yg junior stylist haircut, puas sama hasilnya. Proses redeem jg mudah, asal bikin janji 1 hari sebelum. Senengnya tuh krn perlakuan gak dibedain antara yg pake voucher dan engga. Very recommended.

There was a bit of hiccup during my first visit prior to the reservation, the receptionist told me that I had to make reservation ONE day prior. However, this was not mentioned in the voucher. I had to re-schedule my visit and during my second visit; staff was friendly & service is impeccable. Hair stylist is professional and experienced (Mr Andre).
