the friendliness of the employees must be considered again

Since last year, I've always cut my hair here, even though I often change the hairdresser who cuts it, it's always right. But yesterday, I was replaced by another handyman and I was disappointed, I didn't think about using the machine, headaches, bad cuts that didn't fit as well as usual. So next month it seems like moving barbershop again.

first time to Modernland branch. buy a voucher at Traveloka to experience the royal + service. eh, but when you're done cutting, don't wash your hair. I'm the one who said it myself, mas this hasn't been washed? he just replied: oh you want to wash it? even though it was clear that on Traveloka the voucher was only the royal + package, it wasn't even washed. After washing it, just shut up. no massage, no warm towels. really bad. Don't think about the promo price but the service actually makes the customer lose. I've tried it at other branches, they are really good, and provide the same service that we bought. please educate the staff and say to be more friendly!
