The staff was friendly, spoke softly, and the facial was pleasant. I felt relaxed and fell asleep. The place was clean and the equipment used was excellent.

The service was good, polite, soft-spoken, and prompt, and they confirmed the same on the day of my visit. During my facial, I was able to fall asleep and didn't feel any pain during the treatment. The place smells good, is comfortable, and is clean. The only downside is there are no hangers or hanging area for clothes and headscarves. They provided a basket, but while it's nice, I would have preferred a hanger to hang my clothes so they wouldn't get too wrinkled. Otherwise, everything was fine.
