Customers who use traveloka vouchers and buy normal prices are very different. After the redeem voucher cannot be treated immediately, while purchases at normal prices can be handled immediately. The distance from the redeem time to the treatment day is very far, about 3 weeks before it can be used. On the D-day of the treatment, it turned out that I was having an obstacle and didn't have to be dealt with, I don't think it's a problem, because there was an error in me too. Finally I asked to be booked for the next week, Monday, May 8, 2023. When I got there he said there was no appointment on my behalf. It turned out that my name was not included in the schedule. I asked if there were any free hours on that day, he said full. Even though the queue looks like only one person and conditions on weekdays. Finally I asked to make a schedule for the next week again, he said it was full until finally I was scheduled again on June 5th. I have to wait another month 🤡🤡🤡 So from the time I redeemed the voucher until now I haven't had any treatment 🙂🙂
