We did get there but only one therapist is available so and as per their manager on duty, they did not get any email notification that our booking has been made. no records from their system that we were booked. i don't know what's happening but i ask the management to do a refund instead. and as per them I should transact the refund here in Traveloka. so, if anyone can assist me to proceed with this matter please. i would really appreciate it.
