This is my first time trying the one in Bali... the location is on the top floor... the place is super comfortable... the process from booking tickets through Traveloka to being processed for treatment didn't take long... I wear a hijab and the therapist who handled me was very helpful in helping me move to a closed room for more optimal treatment. Thank you very much

Kokuo's cleanliness is not in doubt, it is very clean, but perhaps the therapists should be more professional in the sense that their massages are good.

The only downside is the toilet, it smells of urine because the toilet is a mix of men and women.

Everything is good, I'm quite satisfied with the service, the customer service is friendly, but the only thing that needs to be improved is the hand and neck massage. Maybe you could use the kretek method for the head and back of the neck.

The therapist was very friendly and had good skills, but unfortunately, after the massage was finished, I saw several cockroaches running around on the sofa and table (almost getting into my drink).
