The queue was very long, and after checking, it was due to the process that made the place unnecessarily overcrowded. People came through reservations like me on Friday at 6 am were okayed to come, then immediately had a free consultation but in the end there was no treatment because it was full for treatment, the same thing happened to my girlfriend. So the doctor's time was up and the queue was long because there were many free consultation sessions piled up which did not necessarily mean that those who consulted were immediately treated. The PIC CS was from the center like a marketing person who just kept bringing people to the clinic without knowing the conditions at the branch clinic, so I had to come twice, tired of queuing and waiting for a long time, it turned out there was no treatment, if that was the case, the CS should have said that the clinic was full. It came raining, apparently that's the process.
