Turns out the voucher payment is only for 1 mili whatever that means… and i was told to pay 3 times because of 3 mili and because they didn’t told me when booking this that i needed to pay 3x now they forced me to pay in cash + voucher redeeming but the price is now 299000 per mili so now i need to pay 598000+ voucher(the voucher is 99000). I was forced to sign many things and they have my NIK before agreeing to any payment so I feel I have the obligation to do anything they want. I asked if why i couldn’t just buy 2 more vouchers in traveloka for the 2 other mili, they just wouldn’t let me because “its needed to be payed out by today” but i know its bullshit because they probably get less money if i was using the voucher. In the end i didn’t get closure but it was reduced to 299000+voucher because i complained. Please clarify what i am going to pay in the beginning rather than just forcing people to pay after doing the removal. I couldn’t care less about the result. Good luck finding more customers with this way of marketing 👍🤷‍♂️

Pengalaman pertama nyobain treatment di dr.Belle, puas karena dokternya kasih penjelasan detail di awal dan sabar jawab semua pertanyaan2 saya yang cukup banyak. Dokternya gak terburu2 juga jelasinnya, udah sreg dari sejak konsul dokter karena tidak pelit informasi. Ruangan juga bersih dan staf lainnya ramah. Hasil belum bisa dibicarakan karena sy treatment utk flek dan gak bisa kelihatan cuma dalam 1x treatment. Rencana 25 maret mau treatment ke 2 yang udah diwanti2 sama dokternya akan mengelupas di bagian yg nanti di fokuskan.
