17 Jan 2019, we have to wait 30 minutes for them to validate their travel vouchers because of an error in their app login. The problem is that you can't enter the room if you don't validate the voucher first. Not bad, I want to be happy, even make a mood drop. In terms of service, reception needs to be improved, especially on how to serve customers well and professionally. At least we didn't get sincere smiles and good language from them, instead they were busy taking food and selfies with their own friends.
