Bought a VIP bundled ticket with JBL Clip 4, but in reality there was no bonus, no clear information on how to exchange the free gift, so I won't buy JBL festival again.

The event was fun & memorable, satisfied to hear the songs sung by the original singers 👍 Everything went smoothly, from ticket exchange until the event ended; the change between performing artists also went smoothly, didn't have to wait long.

For the JBL Festival 2024 event, it was quite enjoyable. The main artist that I actually wanted to watch was Mahalini, in terms of the artist's appearance, it was OK, but the background visuals were not too good, especially in terms of the shots displayed on the giant screen. One thing that was quite disturbing was the position of the camera, from the VIP seat that I occupied, the view of the artist was often blocked by the camera.

Overall, I was just disappointed with the schedule for day 2 which changed a few hours earlier. On day 1, I arrived and saw that the schedule for day 2 was still listed at 18:00. When day 2 arrived, it turned out that the schedule had changed to 17:00. Especially for those who came on day 2 to watch the pop project, it turned out that they could only watch 1 song. So sad.....

so sad Ari Lasso failed to perform due to health issue.

For future ticket exchanges, please provide a roof so that you don't get too hot/wet when queuing & if there are still people vaping, please pay more attention

It's so much fun, the music is nice to listen to, no worries about being hungry because there's lots of food too

Minus there was a miscommunication when entering because you were not allowed to bring drinking water

Easy entrance and hassle-free flow. Superb performance. Great ambience and supporting sound system. Really hope for more offer and discounts from JBL.

It's really cool.... The sound is top-notch.... the lighting is okay.... maybe you can add bigger screens. And the cameramen, if possible, can focus more on taking pictures.

JBL 2024 is less exciting, min... the 2023 one is more spectacular.

The event going well, full house i think especially when Kahitna and Tulus performing at the stage. But need 15-20 minutes to parking our car.

In my opinion, the first JBL festival in 2023 is better than the second JBL festival in 2024, in several ways: 1. For gold tickets, no seat numbers are given, so you can sit anywhere you want, and if you want to leave your seat to go to the toilet, you're afraid someone else will take your seat. 2. You can't bring drinks in, even if you buy mineral water there & sponsored brands, you'll be very thirsty and nauseous during the concert. 3. Ticket prices have changed to be much cheaper, poor people like me who already bought tickets at the normal price at the beginning. I was promised a compliment ticket for day 2 even though I had confirmed it via WA & email, but I didn't get the email for the day 2 ticket, it was a complete dud. 4. JBL festival 2023, there were many spectators who got fans & light hand, but this time I didn't get anything, it was just quiet. 5. For the sound, I feel it's a bit shrill, the bass is lacking. Hopefully, JBL Festival 2025 can be better, so far at JBL 2024 the singers & bands are all okay.

The event was fun pool, the place was great from all angles, the wristband exchange was also fast. Looks like it will be the next wishlist next year 🥰🥰

sooerbbb, I don't regret it, it's the first time I've seen this kind of event, it's great, from the sound, the artist, the stage, the screen, everything is amazing

superb, with that ticket price, but featuring quality artists, the sound is good, the stage and screen are good, next year I will definitely join again
