The JBL festivals I've attended since 2023 have always been fantastic, featuring the best Indonesian singers with incredible vocals. So awesome and always memorable for me personally.

It was fun, I have to come again next year.

Friendly staff, very exciting event.

The staff are very friendly & helpful, only the ban on bringing cigarettes is inconsistent, many people smoke in the garden area where food & drinks are served, even though it is not allowed when entering, this needs improvement for the next time.

Got a good seat close to the stage, the venue was cool so it was comfortable while watching, not too hot.

The concert was really good, the JBL speakers were really cool, the sound didn't crack, it was comfortable on the ears... but there were a lot of spectators going back and forth, which made it difficult to record😅

Second year watching the event never fails, always cool...! all the crew are professional.. just a bit uncomfortable with the seat selection, I don't think it's necessary. It's better. It's normal, whoever is quick gets what they want. If you want to be in the middle or on the top edge, it's comfortable.

An event we absolutely must attend every year. Always exciting, always makes us miss it. Can't wait for the 2026 JBL event!!!🥳🥳🥳🥳

The event was okay, the sound quality was okay. Cons: - Bought the Gold version, but the seating position and view were less comfortable because it was sideways (a bit of a neck ache). - Many of the audience members milled around during the event, making it a bit uncomfortable for those sitting in the front rows. This should have been controlled, with people coming and going only during breaks between performers.

The sound system was really cool, because the sound system was really supportive, so I really enjoyed all the guest stars' performances. Especially during Whisnu Santika's performance, with the JBL sound system, it was really cool and really blasted.

From the tickets to the sound quality, everything was amazing...it's just a shame that the update on changes to the rundown wasn't confirmed via email or anything, so I was late arriving at the event.

It was a good experience with the activity provided! The music was excellent!

F&B has been added so that the queues are not too long

I'm just disappointed with the confiscated perfume. Why wasn't it returned after the event? There should have been a locker or procedure for retrieving confiscated items that had to be returned. This was taken without any explanation of how to retrieve it.

The ticket exchange process is quite lengthy and could be reduced by providing several ticket exchange locations. Thank you.

The sound is really cool, amazing. Especially when it's Wisnu Shantika, wow!!! Watched JBL for the second time and didn't regret it..
