the service here is not "satisfied" me overall. especially in the complicated voucher redeem, I was even asked to pay again even though I had paid for the service through a voucher that had been purchased at Traveloka Experience. the voucher purchased was Scaling 45 minutes for +-420 thousand, but the service was only less than 10 minutes and initially asked to pay around 700 thousand by the employee, but after waiting, finally our voucher can be used and does not require a fee of around 700 thousand to be paid in advance. even before that, when we arrived at the clinic, we were asked to wait outside the clinic, aka on the terrace or in the parking lot. we as customers are very disappointed with the services provided, please continue to update orders in the application, so that customers can enjoy excellent service. hopefully in the future it can be improved.
