Maybe what needs to be improved is the speed in replying to patient chats, the response is really slow for WA, the head office, not the WA branch in Tangcity. Because the number listed is WA the center, both on IG and on Traveloka here, I guess. After confirming pleasantries that took 2 hours, I just got an appointment 30 minutes before checking up, automatically it was too late, plus when it rained it rained heavily.
Just for evaluation, patients who want to come can be transferred directly to the WA number of the branch they want to visit so that it is clearer without waiting for the WA center number to reply.
Overall the service at Tangcity is good, good hospitality.
