(1) The process is very, very long and very long. When I came here for the second time (within 5 days), the system had changed again. Whether we register using Traveloka or not, the queue remains the same. First, fill out the google form first, then collect the ID card inside, after collecting the ID we wait to be called. But don't get me wrong, just wait for the first call to be given a queue number. So after that we just queued again according to the queue number. When I got there I had queued for more than 1 hour but I had not been called to get a queue number. gosh
(2) The queuing place is not comfortable so that the people who are queuing are crowded together. No seats provided or anything. So if we queue up, we just stand up. If you queue and the service is fast, it's okay. This is too long. Okay, I understand maybe because the location is not strategic enough to be able to provide a decent queuing place. But please, at least it's normal to be given a few chairs to sit on.
(3) That's all. I have paid through Traveloka. But because the service is like that, for the second day I look for another place for antigens. Honestly at that time in other places also the queue was longer. But because it's regular (coming directly given a queue number) and the place to wait for the call is also comfortable, so even though it takes a long time, you still feel at home.
Hopefully the service in the future can be improved
