The registration staff is incompetent, leaving applicants through private channels. I don't know what the reason is, those who make reservations via Traveloka or pay directly are only bulleted, not called to get a queue number. Have to ask and poke often so that you notice that there is a personal name that is too late. Please fix the system, I still use handwriting, scribble here and there, circle here and there, like I'm confused myself. Longest queuing experience, came at 9 o'clock, registered, only got the queue number at 1 o'clock after being poked, then finished swab at 3 o'clock. Regret not having poked the officer earlier, too trusting in the queuing system...

When registering, I was told to wait before being called, but I waited for 20 minutes when I didn't get a call even though the registration section was empty, so I had to take the initiative again. not friendly for the first time coming for the test because there is no explanation for the step-by-step process. The process runs out from the registration place where I have to go, where can I get the results, what time the results can be taken etc. I have to ask just explained. I hope the service can be improved.
