Very convenient, not too crowded

I made a reservation at 8 in the morning, was told to come back again at 2 in the afternoon. Then because I had a reservation and there was no information anywhere (they said there was no evidence) and I was not informed that it could only be 2 in the afternoon. Finally, with bad service I was allowed, it turned out that there was an agency that was booked. Disappointing and uncomfortable. Next, anyone must be respected, even though it is personal.

Very bad service, the staff is very unfriendly and hasty. We are not so rapid because the staff is very uninformative and unfriendly. The receptionist was very unfriendly to local residents. Better to lose money than hurt being scolded.

an okay experience, the place was crowded because my visit coincides with corporate group booking resulting in long waiting time until the result was available (1 hour). reservation was not clear, in T&C mentioned I must reserve via phone call but the number did not connect, at the end must reserve via Klinikpintar's website. overall good service but prefer to test on the less busy facility.

Prefer bookings via traveloka rather than on the spot. Fast redemption. Service is also fast and not complicated. The results of 1 hour can be waited for or can ask to take it via go / grab send.
