the first was rejected by a nurse employee who was at the cashier. then after I lingered there and was quite annoyed a little because I was told to cancel, finally because I was grumbling a little, I was called and directed to the 2nd floor and immediately a little blood was drawn by the nurse. not a doctor straight away ... quite comfortable place. but not bad for saving costs
