1. Queuing management needs to be improved. The customer service officers often got distracted by other walk-in customers or just too long in processing inquiries.
2. The time took more than 2 hours to get the test results uploaded into PeduliLindungi apps (although email sent out about 1 hour). I had to call customer service to remind them. This really makes us nervous when entering the airport without antigen results uploaded in the apps.
