I bring my son to play at playhood mytown on 2 June . I didnt know they got offer or promotion on apps or what , someone infront me told it . I bought online ticket on traveloka . Seems the staff didnt know how to redeem thru traveloka apps . And im so fucking dissapointed . Why you let people buy your ticket online while you cant get a prioritize gate or what for online buyer . I still need the wait around 1 hour just to redeem my ticket . Waste my time . I thought people buying ticket online just to ease their redeemption but its not . I already go to a few indoor playground and buying tickets online . They have their own gate / redeemtion cashier for online buyer

The staff & playground are indeed the best. My son wants to go out with other people's children because he has become a playmate; The staff didn't let him out. Thank you so much for being alert to who goes in and out with parents. The playground is sanitized over time & in good condition. My son x bored for 5 hours there. Only the best sitting area (slow cleaned by the staff of the area, so the table & floor are dirty) & toilet (less clean). In my opinion, in every 2 or 3 hours, the toilet can be cleaned because of the weekends of many people. So it needs to be cleaned regularly & tissues covered. Overall, best!

We get sick when we go there..luckily we tested nege for covid, i think maybe ventilation is poor..

Tempat yg bagus untuk beriadah/meluangkan masa bersma keluarga. Anak-anak seronok gembira, keluarga turut senang hati.

its suitable for kids age 1-7. Not so many toys to play but it save to leave your kids inside while you going for shopping ;-)

Memang best la dtg sini.. Nanti blh dtg lagi. Anak2 puas hati main kat sini.. Pilihan mainan lbh kpd yg berbentuk fizikal..kalau di kidzoona, ada seksyen mainan yg xberapa fizikal sgt. Apepon ank2 suka main sini. Tempat pun luas, ade bantal empuk utk parents baring2 smbl menunggu.siap tertido lagi 😅.. Overall mmg bestlah.. Tiket pun murah beli dgn traveloka..

Clean, many slides, staff good (esp the free hair girl one, she prioritise her customer) . some of play area are not well maintained (red cube ball pit and the road map area). Overall, my kids enjoyed it. Tq

a good place for toddler, can go in and out whenever you want in one day :)
