The tickets are cheaper directly than online🤡🤡

Ticket exchange was easy, the staff was very helpful, and the game arena was quite varied. The platinum ticket comes with an extra voucher for the claw machine and arcade in the mall. So you can swim and play at the same time. Overall, it's okay, perhaps a cafe could be added.

Ticket redemption was super fast; just show the barcode to the cashier, and you'll receive your tickets (we ordered Platinum, which includes complimentary ice cream, popcorn, and access to three playgrounds at Ciplaz Mall). We arrived at 10:30 a.m., so we could enjoy the wave ride and the bubble bath, which are scheduled at 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. (if I'm not mistaken). Lockers and tires are available for a fee: regular lockers are 20,000 rupiah, and family lockers are 30,000 rupiah. Single lockers are 20,000 rupiah, double lockers are 30,000 rupiah, with a 20,000 rupiah deposit per item. The water in each pool is cold; none are hot or warm. There are several pool types, including the River Current Pool, Foam Pool, Kids Pool, and the scheduled Wave Pool. The restrooms and showers are also clean and plentiful, and there's also a prayer room. The staff is very helpful, and the snacks are also reasonably priced. Thank you Tropikana, we'll be back soon.
