Bad experience, really. Just one. The playmates were really dirty. They said they had to wear non-slip socks, when in fact, many of them didn't. They also told the chaperones to wear socks, even though many of them were barefoot inside. The staff were also oblivious and busy, not even reprimanded for people not wearing socks. It was also a hassle to scan in, requiring member registration. Usually, you just need to scan the barcode. Then, I was annoyed when the staff said it was over because the child's time had run out. Even though I bought the all-day unlimited option. The bracelet already had it written on it. Oh my gosh, the staff need more training. The person who was guarding the entrance and exit was also not very friendly. Too bad my phone battery was low, so I didn't have time to take photos.
