The staff is helpful, the place is quite spacious, it's fun.

Staff membantu, tempatnya lumayan luas, seru.

Most facilities are in good state and clean.

The location is strategically located in Grand Batam Mall, a bustling mall popular with Singaporean tourists. The place is clean, and the service is friendly and prompt. The play equipment is in good working order and well-maintained. My child wasn't satisfied after playing for an hour. He wants to go back again.

Lokasinya strategis ada di Grand Batam Mal, mal yang rame dan menjadi lokasi belanja turis Singapura. Tempatnya bersih dan pelayanannya ramah serta cepat. Alat-alat mainnya berfungsi dengan baik dan dalam kondisi terawat. Main 1 jam anak saya belum puas. Pengen balik lagi.
