There seems to be a shortage of staff. Because every empty area of the game area results in a lack of staff supervision, the play area is a bit messy and untidy.

Went there on weekend, the place was packed with kids with age ranging from 1 to 12. Though the staffs were humble, they were understaffed as there was no limitation of the number of kids who can entry at the same time. All toys, balls, and pretend plays scattered anywhere, no staff were seen supervised the playground area, most of them were gathered in the front. The highlight was, while my 2yo kid played in sand pit area, a little girl who looks 6-7 yo suddenly raised her skirt up to waist level without underw**r!! She was making gestures as if she was about to pee near my kid. Luckily my nanny was able to told her to find her mommy/dad & pee in the toilet. Now i’m wondering whether there were any other kids who already peed or even poo there (or in ball pool)
