I bring my son to enjoy soccer simulation here, as we thought it was the same as in PIM outlet. But tadaaa....there is no such game here. Already bought the ticket, and it's useless! When I asked via WA, staff confirmed they have the same game in Puri, but not! When in PIM, that game was often broken and under maintenance without information on the website or in front of the ticketing counter. I don't know how they manage the customer experience to still be positive with very bad service and communication! Also, here they do not sell machines for drinks, any small canteen but only water & coke, better in PIM, we can choose the beverage to drink! One time is enough, and boring afterward!
