The slide is fun, safe, beautiful waterfall.

DO NOT buy your ticket ahead of time as the zip line is frequently not running because of weather. There’s no line to get the ticket same day at the ticket booth at the zip line.

The staff at the ticket counter are enthusiastic. However, exchanging vouchers for tickets at the ticket counter is inconvenient and time-consuming.

Exciting! If you're in Dalat, whether alone, in a couple, or with kids, this is a great place to visit! As long as your kids are tall enough, they can ride the coaster. It's quite close to the parking lot, so don't worry if you're carrying luggage; it can be hung behind the coaster. Choose alpine coaster 3 (the longest), otherwise, I think you'll regret it 😄

We only pay to play that slide, there is nothing to do in the waterfall.

Even though I bought tickets online, I still had to wait in line for a long time at Alpine Coaster 3. It should be rearranged to make it more convenient for customers, especially for customers with small children. Everything else is great.

Buying tickets is very fast. When you get there, you need to queue to exchange tickets. There is a staff to guide you, but I don't think it's really necessary.

I thought I could use it right away after buying it, but I still had to go to the counter to exchange the ticket. It took a bit of time.

The game was ok but in the afternoon we took some photos but when we checked later there were no photos. When we came back in the afternoon, we only had 2 photos, while everyone else had 3, it was hard to choose a favorite :)))

Cable car Counter is struggling to redeem the tickets. It was very slow, i even caused a long queue behind me waiting for staff to redeem the tickets. For alpine coaster, redemption process is okay.

The road is long so it is very interesting. However, when you get there, you still need to exchange the voucher for a ticket to enter the gate, you cannot just show the voucher and enter immediately.
