wow, the service is great. At first I was confused about where the place was. But finally I was directed to the place until I found it. The guide was really good and humorous. So it was even more exciting. The best 🔥

Safe for ages 10 years and above to the elderly.

lack of good documentation, went a total of 7 people with 2 boats. but only got 16 photos and even then there were many repeated photos. so far good, just need to pay attention to the documentation session again.

The facilities are okay, the rinse room has warm water, the guide is friendly

good, the staff is nice, the bathroom is complete. only the guide's jokes are a bit not so good, like dirty. I don't like women joking like that

This is my second time rafting in Pangalengan and using Gravity rafting. impressive. The crew is friendly, helpful, their skills are okay. the waiting room and changing clothes are okay.

I really like rafting here, the knowledge of the staff is cool, what was previously scared became brave and addicted. The flow is great, it's really exciting. will come back here again, thanks gravity
