Taking the family swimming at Kyzn is quite fun, even though the price is a bit premium, the atmosphere is not too noisy, the pool is clean, and the facilities are complete.

The place is nice for swimming, the facilities are supportive and there are lifeguards.

Okay.. let's go play tennis.. the facilities are okay, it's just a bit hot in the tennis court because there is no fan.

Everything was actually okay, there was only one thing that made me give the rating 2. This was actually at the end of the activity, the parking ticket officer, when I first entered, I pressed the button to issue a ticket, but I waited 15 seconds, but the ticket didn't appear, the gate had already opened, so I didn't really pay attention. When I left, I had prepared my e-money for payment, she asked for my ticket and I explained that I didn't get a ticket, but her facial expression and tone were very uncomfortable. "Miss, did you press the button?" "I pressed it, but the ticket didn't come out." "Yes, if you press it, the ticket comes out, Miss." (In my heart, why is she asking me why the ticket didn't come out?) After a process that seemed to annoy this lady, I was finally able to pay and the gate opened, I said "Thank you, Sis," and you know what? She didn't reply with a thank you at all and only responded with a grumpy face 😁

The place is comfortable, you can play padel while taking the kids swimming, the pool is safe with lots of guards and the pool is very spacious, there is a sauna too, the best.

Friendly, accommodating staff - great experience. Other members/ visitor there are quite friendly as well, the environment is welcoming, bathrooms are cleaned periodically. One operational gap and a suggestion: reception can offer locker access during check-in, as first-time visitors may be unsure about how to obtain keys and end up backtracking. PSA: pool-side mats get extremely hot at mid-day; morning or late-afternoon visit is recommended to avoid this issue. Worthwhile experience overall!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Kyzn BSD is truly a haven for sports and family time all in one! 😍 From swimming, basketball, padel, to tennis, it's all here—so, no need to move around. The kids were also super happy, they could play in the water to their heart's content while I could try other sports. What makes it even more amazing is the complete facilities. The showers have hot water (yes, no drama of taking a cold shower after exercise 😆), plus there's a sauna too, which makes it feel like you're at a resort abroad. Seriously, when you come home from here, your body is so refreshed and your mind is so relaxed. In short, if there's an "all-in-one place for sports & leisure," Kyzn BSD is the answer! 💯🔥

The facilities are good, and clean.

The most comprehensive sports club in the BSD area. With numerous sports facilities. I came here to swim. The pool water is very well maintained. It's clean and well-maintained. The changing rooms and the restroom are also very clean. Although, I think the price is a bit pricey. What's more fun is that the kids have their own pool with a mini slide. So I can swim in the Olympic-sized pool.

The pool is wide and long. It's a shame there's a lot of sand at the bottom, but it's still okay. Everything is clean, and the toilets are okay.

It's a really comfortable place for exercising, clean, well-maintained, the changing rooms are also okay, the staff are friendly, great!

Overall it was great experience. Nice pools and helpfull staff. Bit of surprise, the entry fee doesn’t include towel (towel provided for rent)
