There were no dolphins. It seems the boatmen weren't taught the strategy for waiting for dolphins. They were chasing each other. There were so many boats, I'm sure the dolphins were scared away by the noise and the sheer number of boats. After waiting for two hours, I was disappointed. Many foreign tourists, who had traveled from far away, were also disappointed. The strategy for waiting for dolphins during peak tourist periods needs to be improved.

Careful when you want to buy this package!! Its not a private trip, you will be assigned with the other bookers. Only transport from hotel to the lovina beach is private. I know its cheaper than the other private trip, but you need to be aware with the word play here... Apart from that, it was good trip and good experience. The boat is clean, wide, fast (really, me and my wife is super excited when the boat won the race with other boat to chase the dolphins lol). Also the tour guide, Pak Darmika (Mica) is kind and friendly guy, calming and expert driver fr 👍🏿 Thank you for all the staff and guide and the boat driver! See you again in Bali next time 😁

Even though this was more like being delivered for transportation, I really liked the service. The driver arrived on time, and we also asked to stop by for morning prayers at a mosque near Bedugul. So far, I'm satisfied. But I have to go back because it's the holiday season, so there are a lot of boats. It seems like the dolphins are afraid to appear often. It's hard to get a capture of the dolphins. Stay healthy, the dolphins, and the driver and his wife. Thank you very much.

The package listed here differs from the actual package. I still shared a boat with others even though I had chosen a private tour. The tour lasted approximately 5 hours from the time I was picked up at my accommodation. However, I'm grateful to Bli Juna, our pick-up and drop-off driver; he was friendly and had excellent driving skills.

I forget to ask our driver name but super punctual and good. For driver that’s nothing bad overall is good. But a little disappointing bcs dolphins not really showing during the tours. Just not our luck I think🙂😌

Friendly driver, on time pick up, arrived at the scene met professional and friendly boat crew, the jackpot is meeting a lot of dolphin colonies! Suggestion: for more comfort, it's better to take a private trip package & don't forget to bring supplies because it takes time to find the dolphin colony, then for service providers it would be better if there was an additional package for breakfast / lunch to be more optimal because it's a bit difficult to adjust the schedule if you have to find breakfast / lunch yourself in the middle of the tour schedule.

First, when I clicked on travel, I thought I was taking a private tour plus pick-up because the nominal per pax was different and the writing on the Traveloka flyer was PRIVATE TOUR and pick-up 8.5 hours. It turns out that according to the travel agency, private is only for pick-up (please don't confuse private and open tour). I'll give you a good review because our pick-up was very good, arrived before the time, friendly, good explanation... even on the boat, the person who brought the boat was very kind and diligently looking for mommet to get a dolphin view.

the driver was initially late to pick up, and actually this is just a transportation service to Lovina. upon arrival in Lovina, there is no private tour, and voucher buyers will only be combined with other groups, up to 10pax in 1 boat. what is meant by "private" is only the transportation, where you will be picked up and dropped off back at the hotel without being with other groups (a kind of travel).

It was really great to be able to see the sunrise and dolphins so close, the pick up was very punctual and the driver even arrived maybe 15 minutes before departure. The delivery driver was very informative and friendly, the service in Lovina was also very good. new experience unlocked, this is a really fun trip!!!
