The pick-up in Malang city was delayed by 1.2 hours because the tour guide didn't check.

The open trip went smoothly according to the route, but the number of passengers, which should have been a maximum of 6 people (because the package stated an open trip for 5-6 people), was forced to 7 people because the tour guide accompanied the jeep, making the trip uncomfortable, especially with the fairly rough route. In the future, perhaps the passenger capacity in the jeep can be considered, so don't neglect the comfort of the tour participants just because of the open trip.

good pick up but bad delivery, long wait to be dropped off

the staff did not recommend the closest homestay from the station, but rather the one close to Bromo. the price of the homestay is too expensive. there is no vehicle to return to Malang, it is made difficult.... as a result, a lot of money was spent being worked on by the Bromo guide. wanted to save money but lost out,.... terrible for the Bromo trip it was good and satisfying because it was different from what I received when I booked the Bromo trip.

Amazing!!! glad we went for this agent. it’s on weekends and a lot of people visiting during sunrise but I extremely enjoy the accommodations and the guide is super amaze. He knows some spot to where to take photo with amazing view & less people. Thank you Mas Yosi & Mas Andi for this trip to be fun.

I am very statisfied with the travel agent. The pick up time was on time. The spot was beautiful. We had an incident of tire flat. The driver and the tour guide fixed immediately, so we could back to the hotel on time. Very recommended.

Guides in Bromo and its surroundings don’t really “guide”.

Our family is very satisfied with this tour. All the facilities provided & the PIC handled are very professional in fulfilling our requests. The best👍🏻

So the one I ordered is the mountain that looks like Semeru, but the one I was given is the lowest and can only look like Bromo, so it's not clear whether the route matches what you see.

Already finished at the basecamp, the jeep returned at 10.30 but still had to wait for the pick-up, the pick-up had arrived but still had to wait for other passengers to arrive. We had reported to the management office, hoping that a solution could be found to find another car to take us back to the hotel. But it turned out we were told to wait. We were in a hurry to have another event and were tired after getting off, especially bringing small children. When we departed at night, we also couldn't go up to the sunrise view spot. We had been asked to get ready since 12. After arriving at the jeep poll, we still had to wait for the jeep to depart at around half past 2. So the schedule rundown was a lot delayed.

The people are kind and punctual.
