It's expensive for me because this package didn't include the boat/kayaking fee, and very disappointed about mineral water. We only get 1 plastic bottle and it can't bring to the cruise, so we have to buy mineral water on the cruise which is very expensive.

We are a group of 12 persons, we recommend this experience. Great experience, great trip, great cruise. I suggest you guys who want to experience a cruise in Ha Long Bay, book this tour!!

The boat was nice, clean, and the food was delicious, and the tour guide was friendly. There were nine of us, three of us elderly. One of us fell while walking, injuring his forehead, face, and leg on the way back to the hotel. The tour guide helped by dropping us off on the road near the hospital.

The transportation guide is very helpful. They will pick you up and drop you off safe and sound. They always check if you already get on the transportation and are very fast responding.

Highly recommended, and very satisfied and very friendly guide.

The service is reasonably priced, and the boat is nice and clean. Remember to bring your own water, or you can buy more on board as drinks are not included in the buffet.
