The trip was okay, except we had to wait in line for almost an hour to get on the bus. Even though we had bought tickets in advance, we still had to wait quite a long time.

The tour experience was pretty good, but the wait time was too long. I went around Christmas time (two weeks before), exchanged tickets around 7 PM, and didn't get my turn to board the bus until around 9 PM. The bus routes were quite crowded, enough to see the sights but would be torture for those who get motion sickness. Online tickets assign a separate line, offline tickets assign a different line, so there are many lines from different companies, and the itineraries vary. I took my child along just to see it, but there are many other more suitable options for traveling with young children.

I had a pleasant experience using this service.

Ho Chi Minh Double Decker or Sightseeing Bus is one of the best experiences to enjoy the beauty of Vietnam at night. Booking and exchanging tickets is very easy and the staff is helpful

Staff are ready on the spot, there are two buses ready, just choose. The duration is around 45 minutes, the guide only explains at the beginning, there is no explanation after that.
