The car and tour guide contacted to pick up on time at the destination, the trip had both foreigners and Vietnamese, the tour guide spoke two languages alternately. The whole trip was very fun, there was time to play and take pictures, not rushed like other tours. More than 2 hours on the boat in Trang An was the most worth it, a great experience. The car took me back to the hotel, overall very good.

The tour guide was very friendly, friendly and informative, the trip was very enjoyable even though the weather was rainy, but everything went well. For lunch, the food was standard, nothing special.

German tour guide was enthusiastic and friendly, delicious lunch, clean car, a bit regretful that we couldn't go up to the stupa of Bai Dinh pagoda.

5-star lunch buffet but like a 3-star hotel breakfast buffet. The places to visit are beautiful and complete. Most of the guests are foreigners so the tour guide speaks English, Vietnamese people traveling together will not receive much information, so separate tours should be arranged for Vietnamese and foreigners.

The staff who handled me, Kaylee kindly upgrade my bus to Limousine bus. It was fun trip, with friendly guide.

upon arriving at the destination city, we frist went to the Bay Dinh Pagoda, which is amazingly big. Although we were for almost 2 hours, we didn't get the chance the go up the Pagoda Tower, which was one of my couriousities there. Then we had buffet lunch, which was good in term of taste. After that, we went to Trang An to see beautiful hills in a leisurely and relaxing boat trip, rowed by a friendly person. Then, we went to Mua Cave, which is a hill with stairs . of 500 steps. it was a tiring ladder to climb, but the view up there was spectacular.

It's really fun to take a one day trip! Worth to try.

bus used was old but still okay. pick up was late by 20 mins but still okay. guide talked 80-90% in local language and the rest in English, i wish it was at least 60-40 (there were around 15 locals and 6-8 english speaking guests). guide tried to persuade to skip 1 attraction due to rain but he still brought us there and gave us not enough time to complete it (all other guests had to wait for us). take all of that into consideration before booking this tour. i am personally 50-50 about recommending it. perhaps the one by alternative provider (with very similar price) would be better.

During the tour, there was a stop at one place to go to the toilet for more than 30 minutes, but there were too many sales ads, leading customers into the product introduction room, wasting time for those who did not need it.

I love to ride a boat in Trang An, the mountains overlap with the river below, very beautiful, feel the peace.
