The car was spacious and comfortable to travel in. However, the tour guide was a bit unenthusiastic in showing us around the attractions.

The tour package was great, including both the East and West sides. The food was also quite good. Mr. Kriva's driving and photography skills were excellent, and the trip was very comfortable so far. Highly recommended!

Overall okay, everything is easy and practical, the tour guides are friendly and informative 😁. It's not complicated, just accept it and everything is done. It's just that at Diamond Beach I was a bit disappointed because it was hot, crowded and the sellers were charging high prices. Next time I'd rather use Traveloka Experience 👍

The cars used to get around Nusa Penida were very unsuitable and the drivers were very reckless.

All great except the behaviour of tour partner that managed fast boat tickets.

Picked up on-time and the staffs were friendly. The driver was hospitable and knows how to take pictures. However, for some reasons, we skipped two (out of five) destinations. Apparently the driver was informed by his boss to skip these two tourist attractions. We realized it a bit late, and it was already too late to go back. Hence, we finished the tour over an hour early. Any changes in the itinerary should've been discussed with the customers first, since we already paid the full price.
