The staff is very friendly, helping with the ticket exchange process. The driver guide in Nusa Penida is very helpful, directed to iconic places, found photo spots for each beach.

We were guided by tour guide Kang Andri from Bogor, very friendly, good at driving, good at taking photos, we really enjoyed the one day tour in Nusa Penida, thank you all, stay healthy kang Andri, Congratulations, you are on your way to becoming a father, greetings to your wife, see you.....

The cars used to get around Nusa Penida were very unsuitable and the drivers were very reckless.

All great except the behaviour of tour partner that managed fast boat tickets.

Picked up on-time and the staffs were friendly. The driver was hospitable and knows how to take pictures. However, for some reasons, we skipped two (out of five) destinations. Apparently the driver was informed by his boss to skip these two tourist attractions. We realized it a bit late, and it was already too late to go back. Hence, we finished the tour over an hour early. Any changes in the itinerary should've been discussed with the customers first, since we already paid the full price.

Book this package for my solo trip to Bali (day 1). I'm female and alone, and it was my first time to Bali, but it was a safe tour, so don't worry if you're alone, guys. For this trip to Nusa Penida, I got Bli (brother) Kadek as my driver and tour guide. I'm an introvert and I'm so thankful that the tour guide didn't talk much but didn't mind to explain about the places and tour when I asked. I had some phone's camera issues so he volunteered to take my pictures and videos with his phone (it's an iPhone and the pictures quality turned out really good), and send the pictures to me later in HD quality. Thank you so much for that. I got weak legs and so tired that time, and he didn't mind to slow down the tour for me. Also, this package is include lunch, worth it.

Thank you very much. We really enjoyed this trip. Reliable driver, winding and uphill road terrain but the driver drove well. Photo spots were also assisted by the driver who also acted as a tour guide.

Its just not for famille with small children, my daughter puke all the time . Rushing from one place to another and not enjoying the ride.

our guide was very nice and kind, he also being our private photographer. he make a line while we at the crowded spot to take a picture, and we just sit and waiting untill our turn. he's very helpful and friendly too, he show us the best spots to take so many photos and the results was so beautiful and cute, he also make some videos of us. thank you so much mas dimas!!!

For a day trip, I think the itinerary was good already. We visited 4 places and it was more than enough. Our guide, Bli Komang, was a nice guy. No complaints at all. The tour operator was also quick in responding my messages. Recommended for anyone who wants to go on a day trip to Nusa Penida.

Going alone here is really exciting. The first step is we take tickets at the travel agency, wait for the boat at the harbor, and when we arrive at Nusa Penida we are already awaited by a friendly guide.

The guide was so skillfull in managing the tour incl. exceptional driving skill during pouring rain. We have to skip one location due to time limitation. Overall the tour was good!
