Amazing and all the staff is so nice.

new ship, clean and nice good food

18.00 to pier 4 to check in & exchange booking code with ticket & sticker. 19.40 board cruise at pier 2 The most horrible experience. 1. the queue to enter the ship is very irregular, everyone is fighting to get in. 2. as soon as the food is ready, everyone immediately fights over the food, especially shrimp and meat are immediately finished and have to wait to be refilled again. 3. for the taste like a buffet at a wedding invitation. even some of the menus do not suit my tongue. (the majority of food is cold and not hot) 4. many cut in line (especially Chinese tourists) 5. free drinks are only water, and refilled only 1x throughout the trip, the rest are paid. never book this cruise especially near Chinese New Year, because it will be very full of Chinese tourists, and very unpleasant.

The seats are a bit close together. We had to wait in line for food because there were a lot of people. Hahaha. But the service from the staff was very good.

When you secure an E-ticket, make sure you check in at Pier 1 table so you will get the sticker and ticket. There is not enough guide for foreigners so we got lost for a bit until we learned what is needed to be done.

The best cruise I've seen, from the luxurious appearance and indeed worth the price. The food, table layout, and entertainment were very impressive. The food was a bit ordinary in my opinion, but the experience was very memorable🤍. Thank you

Everything was fine up until we had to get our food. Everything was so chaotic and no line or order whatsoever, people were just cutting each other off and pushing each other to get the food it was kinda rude but even though I did enjoy the scenery and the music. Staff was nice and friendly
