First time purchasing via the app because my previous ezlink expired. I purchased it to avoid the hassle of having to buy again in Singapore. Atmosphere/Facilities: Counters are easy to find as they are available at all CG terminals. Service: Fast and informative. Cleanliness: Always neat and clean. Highlights: The staff not only explained ezlink but also recommended all the recreation options in Singapore at competitive prices. Price: Competitive and the same as buying directly in Singapore.

Exit the T1 arrival hall, turn right, and take the Changi Recommends ticket, right next to the Tourist Information counter. Show your voucher and the officer will scan the barcode. Voila! There you have it.
