Great, the staff were enthusiastic and friendly, and the experience of sightseeing Hanoi on a double-decker bus was fantastic. I booked a night trip and got to see a beautiful and cool Hanoi at night. Note that if it rains, you are allowed to change the date or wear a raincoat if the rain is insignificant; no refunds will be given.

Both on opera house was not friendly at all. His nothing interest at work. Just play on phone. I came to ask how to redeem this voucher, but that worker just told to get bus at from opera. Thats all. There other operator that provide hop on hop off was better explain and helpful. Got 2 operator hop on hop off at hanoi.

I took the 16:30 flight. It was quite simple to exchange tickets at the counter. However, I don't understand why the route is different from the one on the app, it doesn't go past the cathedral.

Went on a rainy day. Got caught in the storm =))) But still had fun and had memories. The tour guide was enthusiastic and understanding. Lended hats, raincoats, and headphones for the tour throughout the trip. Buying online is cheaper, but it was tiring to exchange tickets and find a counter.

The instructions do not match the actual route and location of the vehicle, so it is very annoying because you do not know which location you are passing. The introduction should be given according to the vehicle's location or the operator should give the introduction accordingly.

Went on the day of the parade so the travel time was doubled, but in return I got to see Hanoi from a different perspective + everyone was very supportive.

Getting to walk around and feel the atmosphere of Hanoi is worth the money.
