The space is cramped for long-legged people, but acceptable. It will take you to Sapa anyway. We took the sleeper bus (without cabin). We got lucky; the bus had unsold seats in the back. Since there is only 1 person doing all the driving, opening/closing the luggage storage. I boldly used the emptied seat. My excuse is my leg is cramped. When we arrive at Sapa, we must exit (can not stay in the bus).

The bus is clean and comfortable. The staff provider is very helpful and kind. I booked a double bed for 1 person. Unfortunately, my coworker said it was too small for 2 people and asked for help to change to two single cabins, but the staff provider upgraded and gave us two double beds, and the upgrade was free. She is so kind and helpful. And also the staff grounded that arranged our cabin before entering the bus, he is very helpful and kind.

The counter is easy to find in Hanoi.

It was a good experience. The driver gave us many restroom breaks, which was good. The bus was the same as in the pictures.

The bus is very comfortable, so you can sleep well. There are also power outlets, so you can charge your phone.

After booking was made, the staff would contact you right away confirming the booking, ticket, and seat arrangement. They would guide you also regarding pickup point (I opted for pick up point at Noi Bay airport). Overall ok, punctual, & safe. Hopefully can be better in future.

Overall a fun experience but the driver speaks minimum english so do be aware. Pick up location could be confusing but as long as you can find groups of tourists waiting the same bus, you’re good.

The driver was so friendly and accommodating, though we were picked up so late, but the experience was so lit ❤️.

The bed is wide and comfortable. The driver stops at rest stops about 2-3 times, so you don't have to worry about being hungry or needing to use the bathroom.

staff are very very friendly and also they know you are coming and prepare the ticket in advance before you arrive.Tips : try not to drink many water as there are only 2 breaks and also there is no USB charger on board

Very narrow for 2 people. Cannot sleep because constant honking and driver video call someone, driver open Viet music too loud.

The driver seemed a bit grumpy, and when we asked him to stop to use the restroom, he wouldn't stop until it was time.

The bus is far cheaper than other bus line. But We have to check the actual schedule at the bud counter before departure day or once we touch down Hanoi. Departure time written on Traveloka is 5am but actual schedule was 6am. Overall, it was good experience transfer to Hanoi with interbus line.

Nice and smooth transport and great experience with nice cabin for sleep.
