Check-in process was smooth. Ferry departure was on time. The ferry ride was a little bumpy, so manage it with choice of seat; be prepared with seasick pills if necessary. The friendly crew is helpful.

If the travel agent gives you a wrong name, the ticketing staff can immediately correct it to match your passport.
