I booked the service right when I boarded the flight, about an hour and a quarter before landing—an option that none of the other apps I checked offered, as they only allowed booking for the next day. On top of that, the price was 50% lower than what competitors offered. When I arrived at the airport in Saigon, a representative was waiting with the appropriate sign and escorted me to the fast-track lane within a minute. I have no complaints against the company about the fast-track line being long and crowded (across three rows of people who requested the service), but that is already the fault of the airport service providers. I recommend the app.

Easy to book online at a reasonable price than other providers offering fast track immigration services. Good comms prior to our arrival about the process. Was greeted by representative at the HCMC airport and assisted my family to promptly clear immigration within 20 mins, which helped us to avoid a lengthy queue and potentially 2hrs of wait after a 14 hrs flight.

I was met and invited for another line for passport control. When I came, it wasn’t crowded, so I waited around 10-15 minutes and successfully passed passport control. However, later, a lot of people started to come.

Staff was waiting even after there was a delay in my flight. Finished the entire queue in 18 minutes (yes, I timed it). There were about 4 rows of people snaking in the queue to paint a picture. It was a weekend, in the early evening. I also bought this ticket last minute on the day of my flight too!

It was great! The process was super fast. The line was long; I would have been in trouble if I hadn't bought it. I bought it in less than 15 minutes. Excellent!
