I requested a refund or resolution for my SIM card purchase, but the QR code scan showed it was unusable. I sent an email, but the department hasn't addressed the issue.

It’s easy to activate the esim. But the signal not too good. My friend that using roaming also face similar issue. So maybe it’s normal? I’m not sure

Now the voucher delivery process is very unreliable with the reason that the email address is not listed in the order, even though the traveloka login already uses email. Dissapointing
