terrible service. staff at the mobifone phone pickup had terrible attitude. she started by saying she does not understand (we spoke Vietnamese), declined order number that I was given by Gohub staff. preceded to state she is only there to support, and it's her choice to fulfil or not. then pretended to check my phone number order, although both order number, voucher number was presented, she stated there is no card to deliver. terrible service, terrible experience, cannot evaluate product as it was not recieved this felt like a scam. please reprimand staff (jun 7th, 1130am) and consider potential new local partners. will observe the refund, compensation, and review of this.

The sim is ok. I bought 3 sims in Vietnam and when I arrived in Singapore, I was able to use the internet right away. Even though there was a small problem with sim activation, the consultants were enthusiastic and quick, so I still think it's ok.
