it worked fine when using a simcard inserted to the phone. just don't buy the esim one (worst experience and wasted lost of my time). just need to redeem at the counter and the person will connect it automatically, no need to use the app like stated in the picture. Well this was my experience on August 2025, don't know if there are any changes now.
