Great location for dining and West End shows.

A very nice centrally located hotel. The bus stop is right outside the door. The bed was comfy. Not the most soft, but not super hard. The pillows were a little too hard for my taste.

We came on a theatre trip, the hotel is very convenient for the west end. Staff friendly and helpful, would stay again.

Always have a good stay here, staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, although there were a few small spiders and ants in the bedroom and bathroom. We didn't have breakfast included this time, we felt it was a little bit expensive, the breakfast is usually excellent .

Awesome staff, great location, amazing quality for the price. Was pleasantly surprised at how large a regular room was. Highly recommend, would stay here again.

Great location in Bloomsbury. Room was small but well appointed. For my 11 night stay the small fridge was very useful. Room was quiet, water was hot, no issues at all. Would definitely stay here again.

Bottom line: this is a very old hotel in great need of refreshing. If you stay here and expect that, you'll do OK. The location at Holborn is A+; close to buses, underground, theatres, restaurants, shopping, and more. However (1) the room's carpets were filthy, (2) the toilet only randomly flushed, and the (3( thermostat took forever to work (heat or cold). The bathroom was another A+: great shower and hot water. The staff did their very best, but the age of the hotel eventually 'won out'.

It feels like a business hotel, but all works well. It is very well located, and the rooms are really comfortable. Slept well!

Wonderful place. Great location for getting around. Charming neighborhood. Nice bar; nice restaurant. Staff were extremely friendly, helpful, accommodating. I stayed five days and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Next time I return to London, I will stay again. Excellent value for the prices.

Comfortable bed. I asked for an extra soft pillow which was supplied without fuss. The standard double room was clean and a very good standard, adaquate for our 2 night stay. Breakfast was everything you could wish for. Tables were kept clean and used plates cleared away promptly. All ataff were very pleasant and eager to please. We had an evening meal which was ok but could have been better. Waitress was good. Prices were reasonable for London.

There could be more options for the breakfast. There wasn’t much to choose from if you’re not into the English breakfast type of hot food. However the overall experience was great; nice hotel with perfect location!
