Room was clean. Very small. Location great. Only problem were the pigeons outside our room. Cooing all night very loud. Was concerned one would come inside room since no screens. We were on third floor. Amenities ok. Did not have breakfast there.

Great hotel in old town, easy walk to the cathedral, shops, restaurants, Lake Zurich, right near a tram pick up spot, very convenient! I loved the little cafe on the first floor as well! Very nice place to stay in Zurich if you’re looking to enjoy the city.

The hotel is in a very convenient location, with a tram stop nearby and close proximity to Grossmünster, as well as plenty of surrounding shops and restaurants. The room and bathroom were both very spacious and clean, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. They provided thoughtful amenities like slippers, a laundry bag, and a paper bag in the room. I especially appreciated the ample counter space in the bathroom for personal items. Hotel staffs were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

Location was fantastic in the old town area, room was amazing with rooftop terrace with fantastic view.

Dont get the attic room if you are over 5’2” !!! Or if you have a bag and want someplace to put it. So many places to hit your head, it was like a fun house! Stay away!

This was our first hotel in Switzerland. It was perfect. Staff was kind and friendly. Breakfast option cannot be beat! We loved it!
