The place is old and poorly maintained. I got a jacuzzi room but wouldn’t use it because it was gross. Won’t stay here again. Mold in the pool room furniture was falling apart and deck boards curled. Unsafe and well just gross.

Convenient and comfortable

Property is old unkept and falling apart. The jacuzzi room we had booked was a joke. It was so disgusting that we never used it. The AC unit was loud and barely worked. I cleaned the filters on it just so we could use it. Blankets had stains on them. The pool was freezing with mold growing in the pool room. Breakfast was very limited. Mostly microwaved egg rounds and feeezer biscuits with canned gravy. Staff was a family with no professional anything in sight. Had their reunion/ daycare in the lobby No elevator. WiFi is the equivalent of dialup. Would never stay here again. I’m surprised they aren’t shut down for safety reasons or loose the franchise name.

Bathroom was in very poor condition. Lights didn't work and the floor was extremely dirty as were the fixtures. Won't stay here again, very disappointing.

I had an amazing one night stay due to a winter storm that prevented me from going home after work. As I checked in I was greeted by a staff member who was extreamly friendly and professional. I had used there pre-checkin that they offer so he just handed me my keys. He then asked why I was staying for the night and I let him know it was because of the storm and that I work locally. He said next time this happens to call and they will give me a discount because I work locally. I was amazed at this because there rates were already very reasonable. The room was very clean and very large compaired to another hotel I stayed at in Marshfield and the bathroom and a HUGE non jetted tub in it that I took advantage of. The bed was very comfortable and the linens were clean.

The property was close to shopping.

The staff were very helpful but not always at the desk. They did have a phone which would get you to a staff member and then they came to the desk. The halls were very cold- even the staff were wearing layers and winter hats, our room was freezing and took 6 hours to warm up(middle of the night). My sister's room was cool but warmed up fast. We realized in the morning, our window had a large crack in it and cold winter air was coming in. It was dark when we arrived and the shade was down. The room was clean in most areas but areas between furniture and under beds were food crumbs, large wod of hair. We would have asked for a new room but we got there before our son's bedtime and we just wanted to go to bed ourselves after a long day. The staff told us they would have moved us happily- we should have done that. They have been remodeling the hotel overall, just some more to do. Breakfast was good but they ran out an hour early, only putting out the limited amount. Seemed like the hotel ran on the bare minimal in all respects.

Clean, quiet, not a terrible price. Gets the job done.

We had difficulty getting in the room, the one lock moves over to lock from the inside. The room was cold. No instructions on how to get heat. When we did get heat, the room was like a sauna. We asked for a handicapped room, which is what we got, but the bars for gripping are placed 6 inches from the bathtub! You have to bend over to grip them! It's useless! And difficult to shower. Breakfast was ok. Waffles, eggs, and sausage links available. Toast and cereal too.

I did pre-check in so all I should have had to do when I arrived was getting my room key. However the desk clerk asked me if I wanted to use my card I had on file for incidentals, I told him the room was already paid for and he charged my card again anyway. The exit closest to my room was broken and the door didn't work. It was taken apart with wires hanging. The counter in my room by the fridge and coffee pot had the drawer taped on the front of it. Upon checking out there was no one at the front desk, I checked 4 times for someone as I wanted to get a receipt and there was just a basket on the desk to place room key in.

We really enjoyed the staff; they were wonderful

we had a king room and I suggest there be 2 chairs for the room . the desk chair isn't really the most comfortable and so one person has to sit on the bed. Also a small table to place your coffee or drink on would be great when relaxing in the room.

Quiet, safe and wonderful staff

Not much to say, just slept there for 10 hours and left.
