As it’s advertised

The public restroom closed to the lobby was dirty and smelly,one of the toilets won’t flush.I told someone at the desk but nothing was done.

Great hotel

Beautiful place to stay. Wonderful people. It did not disappoint.

Service was very slow in the bar area for dinner but other than that, lovely room, a lot of amenities, nice staff.

Do not eat at the hotel restaurant! Dry, horrible food, inedible!

Cleaning staff very pleasant but room cleaning and supplies were sporadic. Front desk staff doesn't really go out of their way to help you. Pool is freezing. Santiago is beautiful and the hotel was in a nice location within walking distance to restaurants and bars.

This is a hard review to do. We stayed there four days and had both good and bad experiences. The restaurant wait staff were very inconsistent, often they would tell you they were going to bring you something and they never would. Also, it was very hard to know what services the hotel had during what hours and menus were hard to come by. The pool was nice but not heated. I question the cleanliness and quality of foods.

The rooms and the hotels needs to be remodels/updated. They should have at less one staff member that speaks multiple languages(English). There were no amenities there else for the pool and gym.

Rooms dirty. Airconditioning did not work. No hot water in the bathroom. Carpet smelt mouldy. Overall this was the worst Sheraton I've ever stayed in and I would not recommend to anybody.

Positive: Good, attentive staff. Nice pool area with plenty of different seating options. Excellent executive lunch option. Negative: breakfast was not tasty, lacked variety (same options over 4 night stay), cut fruit was not fresh.

We booked this hotel pre-cruise as it was the hotel used by the cruise line for guests. We found the people (front desk, wait staff and housekeeping) to be friendly and outgoing. The breakfast buffet had many choices and the Lobby Bar was convenient for grabbing a meal or a snack. Word of advice, the pizza is large enough for two. The room was clean, shampoo, conditioner and body wash is readily available along with a body cream

Great staff and location!

Pool was amazing as was the bar and restaurant. Staff all went above and beyond in everything. Only (very minor) complaint - rooms need more charge ports.

How nice the check in lady was
