Pool was amazing

Excellent location by the river, clean and comfortable room, friendly staff, great breakfast, and a nice pool area. Perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway. We would happily stay here again.

Parking was charged $20, for parking, I thought parking was free, when we checked out? We parked outside. They should have menu in the rooms to order room service

The bathroom was tiny and awkward. Waterslide was down during our stay. Bed was good and staff were friendly.

From Brad at reception who helped unload our bags and took them to our room to Hannah who served us dinner in the lounge we were blown away by the great service and professionalism of your staff. The room was wonderful and the bed was incredibly comfortable. What a great one night stay! Won’t stay anywhere else while in Saskatoon! Thank you

Hotel had a waterside! However the room smelled of old smoke and the bathroom was very small. The staff was great but the food in the restaurant was not that great. The location was good, but the hotel was showing it's age.

Hotel was very clean and helpful staff in great location, Hotel needing 24/7 security in parking lot as multiple vehicles get broken into and no access to hotel from back parking lot, have to to walk around with bags to front of hotel and at night is not safe. Underground parking is ok but limited as medium sized suv does not fit.

Great parking and views at hotel. Hotel could use some repairs etc, but our room was good.

The staff are who made this stay amazing. From the bellmen to front desk to housekeeping and Starbucks and room service. The pool area was the only disappointment. It was not well maintained and was definitely showing its age. When I hurt myself, again the staff was awesome helping get me bandages up. The ac wasn't working in the room and they had maintenance there in 10 minutes. The location is awesome. Across the street from the walking path by the river. Short walk to shops and restaurants. Great place to stay

We were very pleased with the hotel. We had a bit of a mishap with the room that we booked and called down to the manager at 10 at night. The manager was extremely accommodating and was up to our room within five minutes with a solution. The day manager seemed to seek us out over the next two days to ensure our stay was going well and that everything was satisfactory. Very happy with the service and the outcome.

Room was clean and quiet. Liked that it was right downtown and across from the park so could walk every where we wanted to go Will be staying there again

Friendly and efficient check in. Pool is a great setup and the River Deck is a nice touch. Food atmosphere and service at Scarlet were all top notch. Appreciated the visit from the chef. Check out was easy. Looking forward to coming back again.

Waterslides were great, hotel was clean and staff were great. Rooms were on the smaller side, but looked newly renovated. Room doors got stuck occasionally, but not a big deal. Would come back for sure

Pool was great, love the waterside. Staff was very friendly. It was quiet and the room (and rest of the hotel) was very clean. Underground parking was really nice! There was a mirror facing the bed but I just covered it overnight.
